      I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Springfield, MO) in Jan 2013

      Interview

      Several open-ended questions with a focus on controls and personal strengths. Must demonstrate how strengths would benefit existing team members. Strongly recommended to shadow existing team members prior to interview. Failure to do so is an immediate mark against you. Questions will be asked to determine if you have previously shadowed the team.
