I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Austin, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
My interview process began with a brief informational phone call with a recruiter. I was asked a few simple questions such as why I want to work for Chase and the pay desired. Afterwards, I completed an automated online video interview that was 30 questions long and recorded my answers. About a week later I was contacted by the branch manager and went in for an in-person interview.

Question 1
Very typical interview questions (i.e. Why do you want to work for Chase, Do you have any cash handling or customer service experience, describe a time a customer was unhappy and you diffused the situation, strengths/weaknesses etc.)
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.

Question 1
They asked me to "role play" a situation where I forgot to give the customer back an important document.
