Interview
The process of applying and waiting for an interview can take way too long. The company does an absolute sloppy job of properly declining applicants that they are not interested in, and I don't buy this crap that it takes too long to send an email, please, we all know those rejection emails are systematic. It's mostly all about who you know so don't expect to be getting a job based on your education, skills, and experience.

Tell me about a time when you missed a deadline and how did you handle it
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2014
Interview
I was called for a few questions about my application and was busy... Asked for a call back and did not receive one. Called her the next day, asked a few general questions about availability and if I'm okay with the pay... Asked to schedule a phone and in person interview. Did the phone interview the next day, at the end he said it was a "go" from him and wished me luck at my on site interview later. Met up that afternoon with a woman who interviewed me for about 15-20 minutes.. Questions like "give me an example of a time you handled an unexpected upset customer".. And they want specifics. Another man came over a few minutes later and asked me generally the same things. Thanked me and walked out. Called the next day and offered me the position.
