I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chaucer in Aug 2023
Interview
Good interview process, 2 stages- 1 group activity and a second interview with a Project Manager and a Senior Delivery Manager - everyone was great to speak to and very knowledgable. Next steps were explained well.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Chaucer in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process is pretty standard. Their issue is they are hiring for project manager/consultants and after the entire interview process, they do not have a client to place you at. If you are someone looking for a job quickly, avoid this company. They will engage you and have you go through the process. They are a small British consultant firm with very small client base in the US. They have a hard time locking down financial clients and keep candidates waiting. Too much competition in the US in the IT and financial consultant industry. If you need a job soon, this is not the place you want to waste your time.

First instance was one consultant, kinda chatty Q&A, open ended Qs.
Second instance was with 2 consultants, included one hour with a case study (half a pager) to prepare a presentation - industry specific; followed by good cop/ sonofagun cop style interview. Followed by feedback with one of their directors.
