Extensive interview process. Pretty comprehensive and varying levels of preparedness by interviewers. Most interviewers were late, which was pretty disappointing but on the whole it was a positive interview experience.

I applied through Linkedin. Had an assessment (case study) to complete. Then moved to the next step which is recruiter screen. After few days, got selected to interview with hiring manager. After that I was left ghosted with no response despite following up with the recruiter. This is very unprofessional. It has been already 4 months since I have applied for the post. The process is too lengthy. The application status through smart recruiters was on the interview stage for so long and all of a sudden it got disappeared. My advice to the recruiting team : it would be greatly appreciated to have clarity on the outcome, as I believe candidates have the right to know the status of their application. This really creates a bad impression on the Company itself.
Very pleasant process, very transparent. I was informed about every step. First there was a HR phone call, then technical interview on line, after that I had on line interview with the team lead and at the end there was on site interview with the CRO and a technical task.
