A complete waste of time..did it via Zoom.. The questions designed doesn't even reflect the field am applying nor do i feel the interviewers are competent enough. I even had to wake up the Talent Acquisition people to remind her its time for my interview as i had aready logged in..its the first time i encountered such a useless interview.. I do feel whether they will really find the "best" candidate by this type of recruitment process.
