Got call from recruiter for half hour then 1 h interview with the manager then with all the team almost 3h (6 persons) . So almost 8 persons I met for 4 h 30 min.
During this session I got test sql and api (online) , my computer unfortunately was really slow and I interrupted the test because my PC is shutdown). so I was creepy.
They know from the beginning that i dont have enough skills (experiences) as expected but they continue the process because my expectations to get technical tasks on my next job.
After very long waiting time( almost 2 weeks) I got from the recruiter and 'automatic' rejection application email. (Very disappointed from the way I get the response after investing time to the company).
I was really interested to work with this company and the team seems friendly people but the process is not good.
What I can suggest, send to the candidate from the beginning technical test after that demonstration interview with her/him if the test is well done.
So no wasting time for both parties. If the tech skills doesn't match reject from the beginning.
You should know that the candidate has hope, feeling, stress, waiting time ..).
