      Interview

      Comprehensive and fairly quick interview process. Had an initial call with one of the Recruitment team. Then had a more in depth interview with the team leader followed by an interview task to present to a panel.

      I had two interviews, firstly with Dorka and then with members of my team. After this I then had a task to create and present a report. Following the presentation I was then interviewed by the people I had presented to.

      Consisted of four phases. 1. People Acquisition telephone screening 2. One-to-one Zoom interview with my (future) line manager 3. Created a newsletter and was given full creative control of it, then I presented it to almost all my team members via Zoom 4. One-to-one Zoom interview with the Head of People
