      Anonymous Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Checkr in May 2016

      Interview

I had a initial phone call with a recruiter. The recruiter did not seem enthusiastic about her job, she also was not able to explain nor clarify more details about the role I was interested in. When asking her questions about the organization, they were very generic answers, nothing to stand out from. There were times when I was sure she was not listening nor interested in what I had to say. I was turned off right after the call and though the recruiter did a terrible job in telling me more about the company and the job--as a job seeker, I'm also evaluating if I want to work there and after this call, I was not interested.
