Board Interview with multiple departments. Presented with different scenarios. Each interviewer gave a scenario that was targeted at garnering some sort of response to see how interviewees would respond in certain situations.

What was presented as a brief pre-screening call transitioned into a formal interview with detailed Q&A. I had prepared with background research and questions, but given the lack of clarity around format, despite my request, I had anticipated a more informal conversation
