ChemicoMays interview questions

It wasn't so much an interview as them trying to sell me on the position. They had advertised and I applied for the QC position but what they actually wanted was a production chemist. When I mentioned the ad wasn't very upfront and that I was here for a QC position they confessed they wanted someone to do aspects of both positions. They then described aspects of a developmental chem position as well, and I really wasn't comfortable with that.

The interview process was sort of juvenile, they did not want to know my skill set but more wanted to know how I interacted with personnel. I think they just needed to fill the psotion
