The interview process was ridiculously long with multiple people, most of whom asked the same question over and over again. I'd advise a panel interview vs. taking up so much time from a candidate.

Question 1
Basic interview / behavioral questions.
I withdrew my application. I did not want to work for them. Their model is great and patient centered, but they're way to rigid in the way people are managed; daily meetings, micromanagement, etc.
Phone Screen, then panel interview with area leadership. Offer extended quickly. Friendly HR team. Process very seamless. Onboarding was exceptional. 90 day orientation Great company to work with, and benefits terrific.
