They are very nice to the fresh graduate, even after the official interview process, they will talk with you about how you can answer better for the next time interview. I was very nervous and showed low confident during the Q&A session, but the manager really showed respect and appreciation to me, which he even encourage me by lifting my value as a young, energetic fresh graduate, this really give me a pleasant experience.
