5 current employees sat around a large table with the applicant and asked several questions that were pre-written. Each employee asked one question and then the applicant would give and answer. Each interviewer would write notes on the answer provided by the applicant. Different scenerios were presented and expected to be answered by the applicant according to how the applicant would respond to each scenerio.
