Cheshire Public Schools interview questions

I was greeted by a group of 6 educators and administrators. I was asked standard questions about myself, my experience, and why I want this position. I was asked what I would do in "this" situation, how would I work with others... it was about a 30 minute interview.

First interview was with the agency I was being represented by, but my second interview was a zoom with the Finance Manager and CFO. They had pre-determined questions and it was kind of a round robin. Once you answered the questions if they felt they did not have enough information they would ask if you would like to elaborate.
