Chet Holmes International interview questions

During the hiring/interview process I was led to believer that I was personally selected due to my sales experience. But after I got the job I found out that they'll hire just about anyone who can read a script. Even people who can't speak English well. I was also told that they were getting 300 calls a week and they couldn't handle all the leads. They said the leads were either "hot or warm." Turns out the "warm" leads were usually about 6 months to 1 year old. Many of them recycled leads.
