I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy in Jan 2018
Interview
Incredibly fast process from application to in person interviewing process. The team didn’t seem to be aligned on what the functions of the role were.
I was offered the job but ultimately didn’t accept. The salary was low in comparison to what I know the demands of the role required and far lower than my current salary. Ultimately, it was the high turnover and short tenures at the leadership/management level that swayed my decision as well as some questionable restrictions on time off...doctors note if out of office more than one day and no time off during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Made me strongly wonder about company culture and how much they value/trust/treat employees.

Question 1
Basic questions about my background but not incredibly in depth.
Good questions, poor feedback. Questions were well thought out but the feedback provided post interview was minute. Would have liked to receive some sort of point of emphasis on how to have a path to work towards obtaining eventual goals from the Interviewers point of view, to address gaps in what they saw from interviewee.
