Applied online and contract within 2 weeks.
The HR round was fairly easy, nothing special. Later is the team group interview. I had 3 team members together. The interview was very fun. They ask brain teaser questions, but super easy. And asked SQL questions, which also easy.
After 1 week, director interview. This is the last round. They are very similar to Amazon questions, STAR is the best solution for them. The director said they will have decision by this week, but I didn't hear back from them.
I think it's very rude not to follow up with your candidate after the final round. If I get it, I appreciate it. If I didn't get the offer, please at least let me know! Even a system formate email is fine....

I applied for the FC Analyst 3 position in Feb 2023 on LinkedIn. The recruiter Reached out to me and scheduled my interviews. In my first round, the interviewer told me that they will give me FC Analyst 1 as per my exp. I cleared both round very easily and the next day the recruiter called me and discussed the salary range, RSUs, Location, etc. I thought I got the job but after that, I have not received any call emails from the recruiter or anyone till date. Atleast call the candidate and tell them what happened and whether they got the job or not. Also, after discussing everything, you should not ghost a candidate like this. It's not right.

Round 1 - SQL & Tableau: - Difference between where and having? - Diff between Tableau dimensions and measures? - Window Functions queries (Dence Rank). - The diff between CTE and a Temp Table? - If I Left join 2 tables and the right table doesn't have any values what will be the answer? Round 2 - Behavioural Kind Questions Weird questions. I don't exactly remember.
