Pretty awful interview process.
Interviewed for 2 separate roles.
Role 1: 1st interview scheduled 3 weeks out from contact. Went well. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, then get e-mail to schedule 2nd interview, 3 weeks out again. Interview didn't go great (in my opinion), has been 2 weeks, and still have not heard any feedback. How can it possibly take over 2 months to have 2 interviews? Also lack of communication and lack of feedback if not moving to the next round is unprofessional (and apparently not uncommon after reading reviews here, so maybe it's for the best)
Role 2: Same as above, had to schedule 2 weeks out from initial contact. Then at the time the interview is supposed to start, received e-mail the position is filled and interview is cancelled. Obviously the odds of this happening at the same time are slim to none. Very unprofessional.
Overall after interviewing with quite a few companies over the last couple months, the HR/Talent Acquisition team at Chewy to be the least transparent, least communicative, , least professional, and overall the worst interview process I've experienced. So if this is my experience in interviewing, I can only imagine working on the inside would be just as bad.
