Chicago Blue Dolphins interview questions

Phone interview, regular interview, swim test, personality test. NO DRUG TEST. NO BACKGROUND CHECK. The owner has high turn over and is usually looking to hire. He does not require CPR or LG or WSI certifications. There is no high standard for safety or quality. There is not set training time and he will start you at $15/hr until all of your "training" is complete. However, he does not specify a length of time for training nor does he tell you what you will be trained on. Many have waited 6 months or more for their training period to be over with so they might get bumped up to $20/hr coaching wage.
