Came in sat down and had a talk with the shop manager. We were in his office and ended up walking down to the conference room. From that point I was introduced to the QA manager and given a little test on measurement understanding

Very long over 4 hours. No hospitality bring your own water and make sure to use the bathroom before entering. Owner has a list of questions about 300 in total and goes down his list, when you answer something he doesn't like, expect to be grilled why.
