I applied for this job online and I was asked basic questions about my teaching philosophy. The main question was "do you have good classroom management" then questions about how I would react in different scenarios. My guess is that they want to be sure that I am cut out to handle the many discipline problems that exist in the schools

The interview was very interesting and I received a lot of information, the interview wasn't difficult at all, the person that gave me the interview was very placement, she made me feel very comfortable

Interview
Assistant principal called me and set up an interview. Interview was virtual and I was interviewed by the principal and the assistant principal of the school. I was offered a position on the spot contingent on the results of the drug test/background check. I accepted.
Very easy process. Received an email for date to be interviewed and got the job on the spot. I had all the qualifications needed to work at the school which made it transparent
