Two rounds of virtual interviews (1 hour each), with the Department Head and two employees with the same position. Relaxed, comfortable, and supportive attitudes throughout the process. Interviews were smoothly scheduled through an HR representative. Follow-up after interview rounds took several weeks beyond stated timeline, however.
