The interview was with the direct team lead and another team member. The entire process takes around 30 minutes to an hour. They get back to you fairly quickly, but I would recommend sending follow-up emails to the point of contact.

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Chicago Transit Authority
Interview
Only one 30-40 minute interview… should have been a red flag that the department I’d be working for was a mess. I used the questions time to interview myself- IE ask questions that I knew would look good- so I didn’t get to learn very much about the job at all. I still had a lot of basic questions that I never got a chance to ask.
