I was called by an executive search firm associate whos firm had been engaged by the Tribune. She asked me about my background and why I was interested in the position. She was particularly focused on my salary requirements. My sense of it was, she felt I might be over-qualified for the position.

The interview took place over video conference as the entire team is scattered across the country. Each team member took turns asking questions and answering any I had. All in all the interview felt like it went well. However, when trying to follow up on the position I could not get anyone to respond to my queries.
