Interview
Pyramid SCAM
THIS POSITION IS ONLY FOR THOSE TRULY PASSIONATE ABOUT MARKETING AS A CAREER; college grads for marketing/sales.
They have 3 different names for this one company. It's a pyramid scam to say the least...
Long story short, I spent 1.5 hours to be interviewed and wasted my money on parking due to the location being downtown.
Only for the interviewer to be very indirect as to what the position entails. Later, I realized it would be a "pop-up marketing/sales" setting for the position. Meaning, being at certain stores selling their clients products/service to those that pass by.
Like I initially stated, this is for those interested in earning experience in marketing for their future career.
My interview was in the afternoon, I waited an hour to be seen, only to be given an "run through" for less than 15min. I paid for an hour parking but spent more because of the time wasted for almost an hour and a half "interview".
Truth be told, if you're looking for a career and need that foot in the door to earn credentials and experience, this job is for you. For those that are looking for stability, or a normal/common job look elsewhere. I normally stray away from Companies that are "new" or unpopular because there's always a hidden agenda such as this company had.

Interview
It was a 10 min. interview asking why I should be hired. The guy spoke too fast and said he had over 100 other people he had interview; then I was told I would get an email by 6 if considered for a following interview.

Overall the process was smooth. I had the opportunity to meet the hiring manager. The manager has a entrepreneurship mind set. Ask questions that make you think outside the box. From the moment you walk in you can feel the exciting environment.
Be prepared to wait for a bit, show up early because they notate that on your application. Don't forget to bring your resume. Be confident and don't be afraid to speak openly.
