Interview
well i got hired on the spot because I made a good impression. Other than that, i say its not really worth working at chick fil a for 8 bucks an hour. Seriously they make you clean every single thing in the kitchen for 8/hr. They want everything perfect and everything neat. Its not really worth it. Even tho i'm a fast breader and the best at my job. I been working here for 7 months and not even a damn raise. Other than that front crew have more opportunities than those who work in the front.
Simple process. Basic questions to determine team fit, ability to work under pressure, etc. They want to make sure you can keep up with high demand of product but also gel with the established staff

Interview
They call to set up and interview. First round is basic interview questions like “tell me about yourself”, strengths and weaknesses. Second round is with the manager and store owner asking behavioral/situational questions. Pretty easy process.

Do you have any kitchen experience? Tell me about a difficult time in your life and how you handled it? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Was very nice. The interviewers are very respectful. The employees are all very hard working and very respectful as well while the interview was going on. You need to make sure you wear formal attire.
