I applied online. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Restaurants (Orange Park, FL) in July 2020
Interview
The entire process was a really positive experience from start to finish. It began with an initial phone interview, which was a great opportunity to get a sense of the company's culture and the role itself. After that, I was invited to come into the store for an in-person conversation. The discussion lasted about 15 minutes, during which we talked about my background, the position, and how I could contribute to the team. At the end of the conversation, they were impressed with what I had to offer and extended me a job offer on the spot. It was a smooth and efficient process, and I appreciated how quickly everything moved forward.
