I would say the process was very smooth and the guy that interviewed me was very chill and very comfortable Although I did, Go at a bad time when it was very busy, so therefore it overwhelmed me during the interview

Thorough,customer care questions that tested applicants critical thinking and communication skills as well as there customer relations skills. There was scenario based questions as well like role play questions to test how you would react in a situation with a customer

Went in sat down with the hiring manager. They asked me to tell me about myself a pond gave a few scenarios related to the jib for me to answer. Also asked about availability, if I can handle being outside etc.

Easy! simple and sweet just know your strengths and weaknesses. They'll also probably ask where you see yourself in 5 years and what makes you a good leader. Make sure to include examples!
