Child Development Center Program Manager interview questions

Awful disrespect of my time! Little clarity on expectations during the interview process. Repeatative questions during each phase! Lack of organization during final interview with other managers. During two phases managers were ten to fifteen minutes late. Panel interview required a "swot" analysis (seriously?) based on 4 school site visits over three days even though I knew nothing about the schools, leadership, or licenses.
