Applied online and was contacted to schedule an initial phone screening. Be prepared to discuss salary reqs up front. Next, interviewed with the Director of HR and Director of Advancement, who the position reports to. Both interviews went well, with standard questions and an opportunity to learn more about the position/organization. Finally last interview with the Sr. VP of External Relations, who oversees the Advancement department.
