Was simple and as expected. Asked lots of questions about care and what to do in various situations and how to support learning. Was asked about history and previous roles.

The interviewer understood the anxiety that comes with interviews and seemed to acknowledge that can change your answers. The questions were tough but fair, they talked about the company and it’s values as well as company perks, but put real emphasis on the children (as they should).
