Straightforward and simple. Human resources, then unit manager. I tour the unit had questions answered, and my interview was fairly straightforward. The HR process had foundational question – tell me about yourself and speak to your experience. The interview processes itself with good, the waiting period to hear anything was longer than I would’ve liked.

Call with recruiter, then moved to interview with unit manager. Normal nurse questions-nothing too complicated. Took about 3 weeks for whole process. Very responsive to emails and calls. I wasn’t able to start for about 6 months after interview and they were able to accommodate!
