I dropped off my application to the manager directly and after looking at my app they invited me in for an interview the next week. They must have really liked my work experience because at they asked me a few questions in the interview about my past serving experience, then they start having me fill out paper work and told me to come back the next week for training.

Interview
One interview about customer service, previous experience, available hours. Need previous server experience working in fast pasced restaurant. Must be able to work nights and weekends and some holiday hours.
Trailer onsite met with manager; reviewed experience. Very friendly and discussed training and opportunities to grow within the organization and management. Interactive with alot of open ended questions about experience

Interview
manager sat down with me and asked me why I wanted the job and the qualifications I have had. I told him I didn't have experience being a waitress/server but that I am quick and have excellent people skills. He hired me, took 10 minutes.
