I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chili's Grill and Bar in June 2025
Interview
The first interview was conducted by the Bar & To-Go Manager rather than an AGM or the GM (who was present), but it was a great, conversational, interview. I was then scheduled for a second interview with the KM who was on vacation. Four (4) days later I returned to the store and the KM was not there, so I had to come back the next day. Communication error. Once I finally sat down with the KM the manager did not want to recognize my years of experience, and essentially didn't believe me.

Great interview process, concise and to the point. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. The environment felt safe and welcoming. It felt like normal conversation. The communication after the interview was consistent and in a timely manner.
