I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chilindo (Bangkok) in Apr 2018
Interview
The worst job interview experiences I ever had.
First they gave me a week to build a simple project with some mandatory technologies. After sending them my works, they invited me to a meeting with their CTO one week later, which he didn't show up.
Then they sent me another email to reschedule the meeting to next week, in the response email, I just said that I hope this meeting wouldn't be postponed again and they said "all of the schedule given to you has been carefully coordinated and I think this type of attitude might not be the one we are looking for". I mean it's their faults for rescheduling and they disrespected their candidate like that. And again, they rescheduled the next meeting due to local holiday. Too much for "carefully coordinated".
Eventually, I had the meeting with their CTO at the third rescheduling. After all the waiting and patience, all I received were only silent and ignorance. I sent them email to ask about the result after but didn't receive any response. They didn't even bother to reply when I ping them on Skype. So after 2 weeks without hearing from them, I believed that was a "NO".
I didn't get mad because I failed but I got mad at how they treat candidates.
This is the most unprofessional and arrogant company I ever seen so far
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
What is the difference between clustered vs non-clustered index ?
Dear Candidate,
First of all, please accept my sincere appologies for the coordination issues that you experienced, fully understanding that unawareness can cause frustration. Feedback is of course very important for all involved parties, and to be expected.
It seems that the issue at hand is that we miscommunicated about the feedback period as we needed to make some further considerations on you before being able to potentially proceed. I will of course look through our ways of communicating with candidates and make sure that we always clearly share with an expected timeline. Everyone deserves clear communication and feedback.

Interview
1. Phone call to know each other, nothing special. The interviewer said he had troubles in making an international call with his phone (after forgetting our scheduled one).
2. Demo project based on concurrent thread, WCF and shared resources + Unit Test.
After few days, they just said other candidates are a best fit without providing any feedback, even after solicitation, and since I basically worked for free. This could be a symptom of what it looks like working there.
