If the candidate is fit for the role, their resume gets shortlisted. The HR contacts the candidate for an introductory call which involves discussing your background, skillset and experience level. You are then interviewed by a Sr Graphic Designer/Design Lead who would ask you to present any existing work/projects that you may have done. At the end of the interview, you are given a Design task that you need to complete in the span of 48 hours. Once submitted, you just need to wait for them to review and give you a final judgment on whether you cracked it or not.
