Start with exam then initial interview to region head, final exam, interview with HR and final interview. The interview is good, professional. You have to go to manila if you came on provinces but with allowance for training and may reimbursement travel expenses.

APPLICATION: I applied online through jobstreet and after 2 days I received a message inviting me for a pre-employment examination at their HRD Office in Makati City. EXAMINATION: There were 2 sets of exam. Both for 15 minutes so there's time pressure. First one tests your Arithmetic and Vocabulary skills (100 items and you need to answer as many as you can, don't worry it's MCQ's). Second tests your Logical Reasoning SKILLS (also MCQ's) . If you pass the exam you'll be able to move on for the initial interview. INITIAL INTERVIEW: They can schedule your interview the same day you took the exam. In my case, they scheduled me the next day. You will be given an interview slip with name of the HR personnel who will be handling you. The interview is simple, they will just ask you about your resume and would ask some personal questions about family and your status, which branch you want to be assigned to and why. Once you've answered all their questions, they will tell you to wait for their call 1-2 weeks to come in for the next interview. I received a message after 10 working days telling me I have another interview the next day. FINAL INTERVIEW: I was interviewed by the Area Head at the branch where I asked to be assigned. The interview was relatively easy and it was only a matter of how you can make yourself look suitable for the role. I was a fresh graduate with absolutely zero experience but I made it through. The interviewer was accomodating and only wanted to know if I can do the job and what are my career goals. Again, you only have to know how to sell your personal brand, tell them what you are good at and your top skills. Once my interviewer was satisfied with my answers I was told to go back to their HRD Office and see the HR personnel who was handling me. JOB OFFER: I got back to their HRD , I told them I accept the job and they proceeded to tell me about the salary, benefits and the requirements I needed to submit. Hope this was helpful!
