China Development Bank interview questions

the first round is an online assessment. the second round is a site interview, actually it's an assessment center composed of a group discussion (8 applicants), a test on English reading comprehension and oral expression, a 1-to-n interview which is more on my past experience. The whole process of the site interview took more than three hours including the waiting time.
