China Grill Management interview questions

The interview was very casual. I interviewed with one of the managers on site and I was able to quickly meet with some of the other managers as well. They asked basic behavioral questions and had me walk through my resume and previous experiences. It only took one interview and the start was immediate as it was only a temporary, seasonal position.

I had a quite unique experience with the Company and I soon realized the position was not what I expected to be.
