Interviewed in Glendale, CA. A manager gave me a brief presentation on company and how they treat their employees . After that they started asking me basic questions like Why did you choose Chipotle, Why should we hire you, etc. The manager was very friendly, he also asked me things like what my favorite movie was to make the interview even more casual and friendly.

Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
