Applied online, got an email 2 days later inviting me to a job fair a week later. I showed up 10 minutes early and there was only one other person. The manager sat us both down in the restaurant and told us how she had started working on the crew and now she's the manager. Asked basic interview questions. Lasted about 10 minutes. I was pretty nervous though, so my advice is to be yourself and relax because they hire on personality.
