I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied online and got a call a few days later/ Walked in and spoke with two supervisors. Interview started off two on one asking specific questions tailored to my resume/application, then 15 minutes later had a one on one with very generic questions. Very typical laid back interview.
Why Chipotle?
Long term goals?
Teamwork examples from your past jobs.
Strengths and weaknesses?
How long do you see yourself at chipotle?
Just applied online and then got a call to come in for an interview. it was a very straightforward process. interviewed right there in the seating area by the hiring manager.
the interview was very professional and respectful. i appreciated the clear questions and respectful environment. i was given water and they actually sent an email saying i was rejected instead of ghosting me, nice
Easy got the job right away with no experience. NEGATIVE: you need to buy new shoes and was not told this until my first shift...What stood out most was the lack of professionalism. The environment seemed chaotic, and employees appeared stressed and overworked, which made me question the overall workplace culture.
Overall, the experience didn’t reflect well on the company, and it made me reconsider wanting to work there. I hope they improve their interview process to better respect candidates’ time and present a more positive image of their workplace.
