Simple online application and quick turn around for scheduling an interview. The staff that interviewed me was extremely friendly and genuinely wanted to know how interested I was in being a part of the location's team.

Question 1
Honestly I don't remember, but they were pretty standard interview questions. They did ask if I had previous experience in food service.
Interview was chill. Manager was friendly and asked basic questions about myself and work experience in a kitchen (which prior to this role was zero). I think he primarily wanted to see that I had a strong drive and work ethic.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Mississauga, ON) in July 2025

They asked me about my experience in customer service and in the kitchen
Group interview. Very informal. Was asked to come and observe for second interview and it was awkward and the employees were unwelcoming and didnt really seem interested in making the interview process enjoyable.
