I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle in Apr 2014
Interview
I got an email about a month after I applied inviting me to join them in a interview. I knew it was going to be a group interview because they emailed me and it said to join them. Interviewed with 3 other candidates and 2 managers at a small table outside it was pretty laid back and casual. Questions were mostly about our personalities, all very easy questions. It only lasted about 15-20 minutes and they said they would call or email in 2 days. After three days I call and ask if they have made a decision they said no and said i would get a call or email in three days. four days later i called again and they said they still haven't made a decision but the manager promised that she would call that night and she said she made a note of it. its been a week since and still no call. Idc I didn't even want to work there the food sucks and I got a better job anyway.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
