I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Sacramento, CA) in July 2014
Interview
Applied online, got an e-mail a few days later scheduling an interview. I got there and it was a group interview, there were 6 others. They split us up into groups of 4 and 3. I was interviewed by a friendly lady, though she wasn't the manager of this particular Chipotle. She only asked us each 3 questions and then we all had the opportunity to ask her a question, took about 20 minutes.

Question 1
If you had all the money in the world, where would you see yourself in 5 years?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
