I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Indianapolis, IN) in July 2020
Interview
You will enter the store and tell the cashier you are there for an interview. They may offer you a drink and will ask you to sit and wait for the manager. Once the manager comes out you will sit with them in the dining area. They will ask questions about you and your application. They will ask if you would prefer to work in the back of house of the front of house. At the end of the interview they will let you know if they would like to hire you.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Denton, TX)
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.

Question 1
What do you think describes a good customer interaction?
The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
