I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (White Plains, NY) in Aug 2014
Interview
I applied online at Chipotle, a few days later they call and ask for an interview the next week. The location was going under construction and it was a one to one conversation with the general manager. I arrived 5 min. late due to public transportation but I was lucky enough for the manager not being there. He was a decent person and asked several questions which I answered with much confidence and got the job on the spot. This being my first job interview and first job I gladly accepted, plus the pay was pretty decent for starter like me.

Question 1
What kind of Crew Members would you like to be by your side?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
