Interview
I applied online and got a call five days later for an interview. There was a group interview but because there were too many people, I was the last one picked so I got a solo interview. Questions were fairly easy. Afterwards, they introduced me to everybody in the crew. I had a 1 on 1 with everybody there and they were all so nice and helpful. I really felt a family bonding experience. They told me that I basically accomplished 3 interviews in one and they hired me shortly afterwards.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
