I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY) in June 2015
Interview
So all of my first interviews were a group interview with a manger it can be a GM or hourly manger and/or a crew member or someone training to be a manger. It was smooth and straight to the point and with a group interview you just have to make your self stand out which is what there looking for. I've had over 4 interviews so far with chipotle and it's been the same style/questions. I have 6 more coming up and hope to get hire because company's tend to hire the people that need jobs like older people instead of younger people like me because of school. But it's a Great and relaxed interview process and it never seems like a chore.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
